Y A Y !

Finally got my hair did! As much as I love a new do' I can never find the time to get it! Funny, I'm not that type of person that sticks to a regular stylist either. I find it more enjoyable to have different people style me each time so as to achieve a new look each time =) It's been working thus far for me.. until now. I was recently referred to this Stylist and I don't know if I can go to anyone else now! 

I showed her a picture, and she copied it perfectly, I think I'm in love ! I'm going for the cherry colored look but we'll see just for how long. My hair tends to brown out instead of intensify in redness.

Mid- Summer

Midsummer already?!.. Can't complain too much, the Bay Area's already experienced lovely weather and I have a trip to Hawaii in just about a month to look forward to! During one of our lovelier days I enjoyed some ice cream at one of my favorite locations, Mitchell's!

Once a warrior, always a warrior

Although it may not be basketball season, I still say true as a Warriors Fan. I'm not so much of a hardcore fan.. but I can definitely say I enjoy the sport and have been an avid watcher since the team of Baron Davis plus add a couple years before that... Thus my ensemble with the colors of Gold and Royal Blue =) Also note, I'm not one to don athletic gear soooo if you happen to see me at a game, this would actually be an outfit I'd wear at a game. With the new players on board, I'm excited to see how the season will turn out to be! "We Believe!" (btw- Steph Curry, be still my heart!!)

Fast forward to a field...

Fast forward some two weeks and I'm baackkk. As mentioned I went to 

The Big Easy -aka- Nola -aka- Nawlinz -bka- New Orleans

I must say, it was definitely the time of my life! I can happily cross it off my bucket list and mark these memories as one for the books for sure! In the meanwhile check out the time we went strolling around a wheat field. Surprisingly this was located around a park and concrete urban- like setting.

Daily habit

Like everyone else, I too enjoy a good cup of coffee to start my day. I must admit that I was one of those who purchased that heavenly goodness that is, a Starbucks Soy White Mocha With Whip, daily. I have since kicked that ritual bad habit of corporate coffee and started gravitating towards more local cafes and coffee shops and find it more enjoyable. This particular coffee shop (Madhouse) near my work is sooooo good. It's good enough for me to go to that area even when I'm not working. And yes, I still got my routine fix of White Mocha w/ Whip.

In other news... I'm going to a girlfriend's bachelorette in New Orleans in a few days!

Backyard Pier

On this lovely day just wanted to share my backyard pier with all of you. Okay, well it's not my backyard per se... but with just a quick drive down a windy road in 5 minutes et voila you're there! It's nice to know that there are such cutesie places such as this pier so close by. Definitely a good place to run with the pup, check the waves crash and grab a white mocha at the cafe on the pier. What cutesie places do you guys enjoy going to?

Rosey Posey

Sometimes all you need is that one color or pattern to tie an outfit together. Case in point, these Rose Gold Medina Sandals happened to match my Sequin Headband aanddd my ever so faithful watch happened to be Rose Gold as well. Wasn't planning on taking pics since this was taken right after an 8- hour typical work day... but I also figured why not, sun's still shining =)
