Once a warrior, always a warrior

Although it may not be basketball season, I still say true as a Warriors Fan. I'm not so much of a hardcore fan.. but I can definitely say I enjoy the sport and have been an avid watcher since the team of Baron Davis plus add a couple years before that... Thus my ensemble with the colors of Gold and Royal Blue =) Also note, I'm not one to don athletic gear soooo if you happen to see me at a game, this would actually be an outfit I'd wear at a game. With the new players on board, I'm excited to see how the season will turn out to be! "We Believe!" (btw- Steph Curry, be still my heart!!)

Fast forward to a field...

Fast forward some two weeks and I'm baackkk. As mentioned I went to 

The Big Easy -aka- Nola -aka- Nawlinz -bka- New Orleans

I must say, it was definitely the time of my life! I can happily cross it off my bucket list and mark these memories as one for the books for sure! Daily habit

Like everyone else, I too enjoy a good cup of coffee to start my day. I must admit that I was one of those who purchased that heavenly goodness that is, a Starbucks Soy White Mocha With Whip, daily. I have since kicked that ritual bad habit of corporate coffee and started gravitating towards more local cafes and coffee shops and find it more enjoyable. This particular coffee shop (Madhouse) near my work is sooooo good. It's good enough for me to go to that area even when I'm not working. And yes, I still got my routine fix of White Mocha w/ Whip.

In other news... I'm going to a girlfriend's bachelorette in New Orleans in a few days!

Treasuring a Flea Market

What. A. Weekend !! Lucky me I had a 4day weekend and I must admit, hellah fun. I had family in town so we took them around and had too much fun to really photograph and capture the moment. But yanno, sometimes you just gotta have those times. Of course, I love documenting it all to share with you but enjoying the moment is just as great.

Anywhoo-- on to that good-good stuff. What I do have to share from my weekend is this lovely place called, Treasure Island Flea. (FYI: I'm all about flea markets!! I especially loveee the ones in Hawaii!) It's like the best of all worlds, vintage clothing, vintage home decor, food trucks, wine tastings, puppies running around, hula hooping etc. etc. etc.! Scored some wool plaid skirts for a whopping $5! I say you can't have too many of those, especially when I wear one like every week! This Flea Market is held at Treasure Island every last Saturday and Sunday of the month... so you know where you can find me ;)
