Gray Tanks

Got a visit from a fellow blogger (and cousin!). Funny as soon as we saw each other, we did the up and down look to each other! Guess, great minds do think alike ;D We were both wearing maxi skirts and gray tanks! -Need I add how I think tanks are such a necessity in any wardrobe. Worn either under something or with staple pieces, it's such a simple yet necessary piece!- Anywhoo, she also has a blog that is such a GOOD READ. She's a hot mama and features her life with my beautiful niece, check it out here and tell her I sent yah! ;D

Digressing now... I cannot wait for this weekend's festivities!

Different Areas.

Nothing like wearing an oversized tank and an acid washed mini to walk around and soak up some LA sun! This was taken some weeks back on me and at @daylachris's trip to So. Cal... geeze I really should just live there! Haha ;D

Indecisive.

To some random person, this outfit may seem indecisive with my mix/match of floral and striped patterns... but honestly I LOVE it this way! I wore this skirt on a previous post and honestly never thought to put it together with this top. I simply chose it for being high waisted so that I could tuck in the shirt. Anywhoo, glad it worked out ;]

The last picture was taken from my Instagram <3 I went to my niece's 3rd Birthday and it was thee absolute cutest thing ever! It was Ballerina themed with homemade tutu's, a candy buffet, a ballerina performance the works!

Foodie.

Can't lie, as much as I would loveeee to be a foodie and share with you all an adventure of food and me saying I know this and that about whatever... I can't. Don't get me wrong I love to eat just as much as the next person, but would be just as happy with some brunch laced out with some mimosas. Anywhoo, heard the hype about Umami burgers and thought to try it out!

Went to Umami burger in LA, and gotta say.. it's definitely as good as everyone says (esp. their fries)! I'm glad they have one in SF now :]

Used to be.

I used to be that girl that would get her nails done every other week, different designs, new colors, new set, the works! But... times have changed and in addition to the brutality it placed on my nails... it set a dent in my budget as well. Since then... I have pulled my inner artiste and started doing them myself :]

Warm weather, dresses, wedges, sandals, eating ice cream... even the smell of sunblock! I'll take it all!! Loving the 75degree temperature of the Bay Area at the moment! I do still love the rain and chilly weather we had just the other week (reminds me of Christmas, Cuddles and PeppermintSoyWhiteMochas!) but can't beat the heat!

A very merry unbirthday to you!

Go figure, gave the boy tickets for his birthday in May to go to Six Flags Magic Mountain and we recently just used it! Gotta say, time has not been on our side lately! Anywhoo, this was my first time at Six Flags in Valencia. It was always one of those places I passed by on a road trip to LA and wondered if I'd ever actually go. Honestly, I'm not much of a fan of a ride that will scare you (why would you pay for anything to scare yourself?!).

BUT... it was actually... really fun!

I knew the day would consist of lots of walking and heat so I had to dress accordingly. Got the shorts from a new vintage store I visited a while back and a simple tank to stay breezey, sandals to walk around all day and I was set!
