Trying to keep up.

The holidays seemed to have just come and go and I feel as if I can barely keep up! I had a lovely Thanksgiving and I hope you all did as well. There's so much to be thankful for that I can't name them all. Let's just say I'm thankful for pretty much everything and everyone in my life, that includes all of you as well =)

Wow, can't believe it's going to be December already and that Christmas is just around the corner! With that said, here's a few snaps of some of my November (in no particular order).

Simply Black and Pink

I normally don't like to match colors but to be honest, I made an exception due to my laziness in choosing a pattern/ texture to mix. I chose a top and bottom to wear together and matched them accordingly with my shoes and jacket. Nothing too special about my outfit but I actually ended up liking how it turned out =)

Given a break.

 Although Fall has fallen among us and we've had our share of chilly weather, the Sun and warm weather still show us some love by giving us a break with some Sun & Warmth. Thus was the case this past weekend =) My go to outfit for a day like this: bandeau and thrifted vintage skirt to get some ice cream before heading out for a BBQ bday and evening Costume Party (pics coming soon!)

This time some time ago..

Looking at everyone's posts and pics from either their current Halloween digs and Halloween's really got me thinking. It got me thinking that I've had a pretty good run in dressing up for Halloween! Usually around this time I would have come up with something(s) to wear and have a place(s) to go to, and now thinking about it for this year, nothing.  

For the party I have this evening I'm hoping the pressure will lead to a more creative outlet in a cheap yet fun costume. Wish me luck!

Reminiscing of warner days

This dreary + confusing weather has got me reminiscing of warmer summer days. I purchased these vintage high waisted Lee denim shorts some time ago and been meaning to destroy them (fashionably, of course). Due to my worrisome-ness... I was too chicken to have scissors touch these classic beauties! ::le sigh:: oh well! There's always next Spring! Knowing random Bay Area weather maybe we'll have a peak of sunshine before then  and hopefully I'll have a DIY for you guys =)

Note to self.

And just when I was getting accustomed to dressing for only slightly chilly weather... the rains comes! Note to self: start piling on the layers of cardis, tights, scarves and bust out the boots asap! I can't front, gotta love this weather, it's typical SF weather and it's just a reminder that the holidays are coming! Hope you all had a wonderful weekend =)

Found some time

Finally found some time to hit up the infamous Uniqlo that opened recently in DTSF. The clothes are def as everyone says they are in terms of prices, quality and an overall good deal. With that said, it's just not my cup of tea. I did score some jeans for a whoppin' $10! 

It was nice in the city so I opted to dress down this vintage skirt I got at my friends store (31 Rax) with a loose tank and wear my Lamb wedges that seem to go with just about everything I've been wearing at the moment.

Waking up to this

Woke up this past weekend to beautiful weather! I've found myself covered in tights and boots and layers and layers lately! So seeing the sun I figured, what better way to celebrate such wonderful weather than explore SF and go across the Golden Gate Bridge! How was the weather in your neck of the woods over the weekend? I'm looking at overcast skies at the moment as I type this blog ;[ haha!

Did you know that our lovely iPhones now have the Blogger app?! So I am typing this via iPhone as we speak! Well then again... I'm pretty slow when it comes to these app things ;P Anywhoo.
